Fair Trade Jobs is a group of European entrepreneurs and consultants organized and coordinated by the non-profit Open Academic Europe Ry -association. We believe recruiting employees in the old-fashioned way - that is organizing live recruitment events, face-to-face interviews and assessing candidates' work samples. It is our experience that evaluating employees on the basis of only documents and perhaps a hasty whatsapp call is not the ideal way of finding the best suited people.
We are also not content in merely finding the right people and help with the paper works, but there is a serious scheme to promote a successful integration of the recruited employees to their new environment and culture.
